The iAudio 6 even outperforms most hard drive players. It supports five types of video files: mp4, wmv, avi, xvid and asf. Unless you are a QuickTime fan and use mov files, you won't have any problems watching your favorite videos.

If still pics are your thing, you can directly upload from your digital camera to the player. You won't have to use your computer as the “middleman.” This is the only mini mp3 that will do this. You can easily view your pictures individually, or as a slideshow.

Beyond music, movies and photographs, you can also record your favorite radio programs and view text documents. Other practical features include a customizable display background, sleep timer, a clock, repeat, shuffle and voice recorder.

Music Formats:

The MicroPhoto doesn't support as many file types as some of the other players; it does support mp3, wma and wav files. This is fine for most people, but if you like other music file types, look into a different player.

The iPod Nano supports four different file types: aac, mp3, wav and aiff. One of the best aspects of the iPod is you can access and download iTunes, one of top-rated music download sites and you don't need a Mac. You can download iTunes and music from a PC.

With 14 hours of battery life, the iPod Nano will keep up with your busy life. The long battery life is great for travel and long road trips.
